Guide to Sources and Symptoms of Toxic Metals

Industrial dumping and manufacturing unleash metals into our air, food and water. As a result, everyone today has toxic metals in their body and it’s important to become aware of this and remove them from your body if you have any hopes of living to Live to 110.

This guide will inform you of sources of toxic heavy metals, symptoms of toxicity and how to remove them from your body.

Heavy metals are deadly hidden toxins in our food and environment. Cadmium, aluminum, mercury, antimony, lead, arsenic and others are added to the food chain from upstream industrial dumping and pollution, pesticide runoff, incinerator emissions, smokestacks, aviation, and auto exhaust.

Our bodies cannot metabolize these metals, which must be actively purged and detoxed from the body on a continual basis before they cause disease.

To search for your symptoms to see what metals could be causing them, Press Command F and you can search in the upper right hand corner.

Detox Supplements

Your body must have certain nutrients available to carry toxins and heavy metals out of the body. The most important for detoxing are vitamin Cglutathione, and R-lipoic acid. Without these nutrients, Untitledyour detoxification efforts can result in toxins and heavy metals building up in your liver, intestines, and kidneys with no means of exit, causing illness, organ failure and even death. These supplements can be taken daily. Additionally, we need to supplement the major vitamins and minerals daily to assist in detoxification. See all the detox supplements you need in the Live to 110 Store.

If you’re really serious about detoxing all the metals and chemicals you encounter on a daily basis, I recommend this detox kit.

You will get the ultimate in immune and detox support with Advanced Cellular Zeolite (ACZ), ACS 200® Advanced Cellular Silver and ACG Glutathione. All in easy to take spray! Learn more >

Removal of Toxic Metals

110_mineralpower_graphic_sidebarA Mineral Power program is the best program I have seen to remove all heavy metals from the body. Mineral Power is superior because it replenishes minerals the body needs, giving it energy, so that it can push the metals out when it is ready – when it no longer needs them.

Metals can often to the same jobs as minerals, but when we are mineral deficient, the body is forced to accumulate metals to get certain processes accomplished in the body. A Mineral Power program utilizes a hair mineral analysis to evaluate heavy metal toxicity and nutrient deficiencies.

Based on your hair mineral analysis, you will be given Supplements to balance and replenish minerals and detox heavy metals and chemicals. One must replenish mineral levels in order for the body to release heavy metals. Lifestyle and detox protocols aid the body’s removal of metals on this program. I urge one to slow down, rest, sleep 8-10 hours per night and meditate, which assists detoxification by inhibiting the sympathetic nervous system. When we are in this fight-or-flight mode state, the body cannot detox.

Coffee enemas and near infrared saunas are employed to assist the body’s eliminative organs, which are overburdened in our toxic environment. Once you know and provide the exact nutrients your whole body needs thru diet and supplementation, in the exact combinations to properly balance your body chemistry, your body starts to heal itself. Toxic metals and chemicals are removed naturally and safely and symptoms and disease start disappearing.

  • Don

Thanks for the comprehensive list of toxic metals and their effects on humans.

I’ve suffered from adrenal fatigue for several years, and during that time I’ve lived in many different places, not only in the U.S. but also in South America and Southeast Asia. Based on my experiences, it appears to me that **where** you live is as important as **how** you live. In other words, colder and drier environments seem to negatively impact an adrenal fatigue sufferer more than warm, humid surroundings. Or, perhaps my difficulties were due primarily to living in industrial regions where toxic metals pose an acute problem. What are your thoughts on this?

    • You do absorb more metals if you are acutely exposed to them in industrial areas. However, it doesn’t matter where you are on the planet. Inuit mothers in the arctic have 70 chemicals in their breast milk. This does not speak to metals, but it does to pollution and how even in pristine environments the toxins have travelled via the weather systems. I’d be happy to heal you with healing your adrenal fatigue. You must detox from heavy metals in order to fully heal from this issue. I’ve healed my adrenal fatigue with Nutritional Balancing.
